About Me

Vide Freiberg (nee Smith): I am a part time artist and full time arts educator at QLD TAFE. My arts practice focuses on sculptural form, with particular emphasis on material and process experimentation. I draw inspiration from my childhood in Cape York. Through my art work I explore colours, textures rhythms and patterns and their relationship to dimensional form.
